Refund & Cancellation

Policy for Service Purchases

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders for profile reviews or makeovers can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the audit process hasn't started. Once our experts begin the review, the service cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

At yourprofilr, we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, due to the digital and advisory nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following:

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation is made within the 2-hour window before processing.
  • Partial Refund: Not applicable for digital review services.
  • No Refund: Once the final review or makeover document has been delivered to you.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If there is a technical failure on our part or if the service delivered is significantly different from what was described, please contact us at support@yourprofilr.com for a resolution.

4. Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
